This tropical getaway is nestled into a serene hillside. The torches, slide, clubhouse, and foliage all do their part to give you a break from the grind and immerse you in a dream-like escape.

This project makes use of the following design options:

• Tropical Style

  • Freeform with a Beach Entry: Gently sloping entry that mimics a natural beach.

  • Waterfalls and Grottos: Features that enhance the tropical, exotic feel.

  • Palm Trees and Tropical Plants: Lush, dense landscaping with palm trees, ferns, and brightly colored flowers.

  • Dark Plaster or Pebble Finish: Darker pool surfaces create a lagoon-like appearance.

• Kidney Shape

  • Description: A popular freeform shape with a curved indentation on one side, resembling a kidney bean.

  • Uses: Allows for creative landscaping, with the indentation often used to place a hot tub, seating area, or feature like a waterfall.

• Waterfall

  • Description: Water cascading over rocks or other structures into the pool.

  • Uses: Adds a natural, soothing ambiance and can help with water circulation. Often used in freeform and natural-style pools.

• Water Slide

  • Description: A slide that leads into the pool, available in various sizes and designs.

  • Uses: Popular with families and kids, adding a fun and playful feature to the pool.
